WE ARE SPECIALIZE IN ROADLINE MARKING

AND BRIDGE JOINT/SEALANT JOINT

BRIDGE JOINT

Preparing the dilatation joint, cutting and breaking into the desired configuration. Cleaning the joint with the pressure air, mechanical cleaning or sandblasting and priming. A polyethylene backing foam material Backer Rod and a metal deflector are inserted into the joint. Then a bonding layer is created with binder.

Subsequently, the whole area is filled with the mixture. We use a mix of aggregate and single component hot applied modified bitumen sealant.Material have long durability, high flexibility and are wheel routing resistant. In the case of needs / requirements of the investor an anti-skid surface treatment can be applied by using a high-quality fine aggregate (bauxite) on the top surface. Plug joint performed by our company sustains the movements + / - 25mm. From 2015 we also own a patent for the Spring bridge asphaltic plug joints construction (this type can absorb bigger movements up to + / - 50 mm on longer bridges.

ROADLINE MARKING

Our highly skilled technicians use the very best in equipment and materials for complete precision. The quick-drying, abrasion resistant qualities of thermoplastic screed or your choice of All Weather Thermoplastic (AWT) makes it perfectly suited for the road. In cases where this is not the best option, we use other quality materials, such as epoxy, chlorinated rubber paint or water-based paints.We also provide services in :
